DIRECTIONS
We are located on the Southeast side of the Kansas City metropolitan area approximately 45 minutes to one hour driving time from the airport, depending on traffic conditions.
From the Kansas City International Airport leave the airport following the signs to I-435 East. This will take you around the city on the North and East sides of town and will become I-435 South. Follow I-435 South to Highway 71 South, which exits from the center lanes, and continue through Grandview, Missouri to the exit for "Route 150".
Turn left on Route 150 and go approximately 7 miles to the stoplight at Ward road. Turn right on Ward road and continue past a residential lake community on the left to S W 163rd street.
Turn left on 163rd street and go to the third drive on the right, The address is on the mailbox, and turn in ..... you have arrived !
