Voluminous, deep brown skirt by Grace Elements. Pull on style with a thick smocked waistband. The body of the skirt has some weight to it, which pulls the skirt down to sit lower the less the smocking is stretched taut. This skirt sits more mid-rise for those under a 30" or so waist. Unlined.
